Announcing Ebby s Company-Wide Customer Service Awards 2009

Our company was founded on service. Three points of service, actually: service to the client, service to the industry and service to the communities in which we serve. That emphasis on service is as apparent today as it was in 1945 when Ebby Halliday, Realtors was a one-woman, one-office operation.

As we officially celebrate 65 Years of Service this year, we would like to announce, as we do every year, the Company-Wide winners of our VIP Excellence in Service Award.

Winners are determined by the total number of points received from questions pertaining specifically to service in the Buyer/Seller Surveys sent to Ebby Clients. It’s worth noting that this year we had a 28% rate of return (well above the industry average, according to Continuity Programs, Inc.) and 98% of those surveys ranked Ebby Halliday and their Sales Associate as “Good” or “Excellent”! So congratulations to our entire Home Team for your great service in 2009!
