Of The Day: Recently Reduced

Buying a house is a major life decision, one that has a lot of factors and requires time and effort from all parties involved. These things mean commitments, and perhaps the biggest commitment of all is the financial commitment. Once you figure out how much you can afford and decide on a reasonable budget, that’s when the house hunting and fun begin. And, if you’ve got a great realtor (like an Ebby agent 🙂 ), they’ll get you in your perfect home in your ideal price range. Sometimes the magic really happens though, that moment when the home that’s just out of the reach of your budget has a price reduction! This is a time to be happy, happy, happy! Today we’re featuring Ebby listings in a range of prices and areas that have been recently reduced. If you’re in the market for a home, hurry to the phone, because reduced houses often fly off the market!

Of The Day: Contemporary & Modern

Today we’re taking a look into the design side of real estate. We love all of our homes and the unique design styles they represent, but today we’re featuring some contemporary and modern rooms that caught our eye. It’s not always easy to tell these two apart, and honestly we love it all too much to mind the difference. But, these designs seem to be all about lines, minimalism, and what’s hot right now. Though not everyone chooses to embrace these styles, we think they’re a bold and artful way to decorate. Take a look at these five homes and the contemporary and modern rooms they have to offer. You’re going to want to open the links, because these homes are filled with eye-catching design throughout.
