Of The Day: The Perfect Deck

Happy Thursday, everyone! Everyone has that favorite spot and favorite room in their house. It may be in the living room, or the bedroom, the TV room, or the kitchen, but don’t forget about outdoor rooms! Yes, we know, they’re not technically rooms, but patios, balconies, and decks are equally wonderful spaces. These spaces can be taken for granted, but, when done right, they can easily become your favorite place in your home. Today we’re focusing in on decks, beautiful, wooden, decks. We’ve got some homes on the market that have the most wonderful decks, perfectly decorated with beautiful furniture and the right ambiance. Take some notes from these spaces and soon you might be calling your deck the best room in your home!

2505 Vail Lane, Flower Mound, TX

3940 Clover Lane, Dallas, TX

6107 Crested Butte Drive, Dallas, TX

We’re simultaneously inspired and envious of these spaces. For those of you who have deck, we hope you’re inspired too. And, for those of you who don’t, maybe you’re inspired to build one, or better yet, move into one of these homes with an already fabulous deck! Thanks for joining us for this edition of OTD!

Ebby Halliday Realtors was founded on three principles of service: service to the client, service to the industry and service to the community, Ms. Burleson says. I am extremely proud to be a part of an organization that places service to others at the forefront of everything we do.

Congratulations Mary Frances. We re all very proud; and we couldn t have said it any better!

Of The Day: The Wonderful World Of Windows

Nothing changes the look of a house quite like windows do. They alter the exterior look of a home and the interior feel of it. Windows bring the light and beauty of nature in, warming up spaces and making them feel and appear larger. Of course, as with many other things in a home, they comes in all shapes and sizes. We have to admit, we have a little bit of an obsession with beautiful windows. When you think about the work that goes into them and the amazing way in which they can transform rooms, it really is astounding. Check out some windows that make us seriously envious.
