With this week’s much-improved weather, the progress on our new Southlake Office is more evident than ever.
We broke ground on our new location, located across from Southlake Town Square, back in August. Late this spring, the 13,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art office will open its doors to serve area residents, those considering a move to Southlake, and many of Tarrant County’s top-producing real estate agents.
To say we’re proud to be growing ever-deepening roots in Tarrant County would be quite an understatement. We can’t wait to gather in late spring to open Southlake’s newest attraction! As the big day nears, keep up with construction progress here on the Ebby Blog.
In the meantime, here’s a snapshot of the Southlake real estate market the past 12 months:
Average days on market were down 20.7% to 66 days;
The median sales price was up 4.2%;
The percent of original list price received was up 1.5% to 95.4% of asking price;
Finally, closed sales were up 17.9%.
