Ground will break this fall on the first high-rise condominium building in Dallas since the end of the recession. Bleu Ciel, which promises to offer some of the best of Dallas’ luxury hi-rise living, will soar with 400 ft. and 33 stories.
This new residential tower, which is a Harwood International project, will be built on a bluff at the end of North Harwood Street. This bluff is said to be the highest vantage point in downtown and Uptown Dallas, allowing residents to take in 360° views of the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge and the downtown skyline.
The perks don’t stop at the view, though. Amenities will include an exclusive resident-only onsite spa, two junior Olympic-size pools with water features, landscaped poolside gardens, and a dog run, floor-to-ceiling windows, 9.5 acres of parks and access to the Katy Trail, proximity to more than 100 restaurants, entertainment venues, and museums, a gourmet market with delivery and poolside service, a juice bar, a bike shop, private garages and valet service, a 24/7 concierge, and the list goes on.
Floor plans come in two- and three-bedroom options that range from 1,300 to 7,000+ square feet and will be priced beginning in the $700,000. Approximately 158 units, each with its own terrace, will make up this seemingly transparent tower that is set to be completed in 2016.
