Tuesday, Nov. 11:
Bolsa Rum Dinner: Enjoy a four-course dinner paired with Diplomatico Rum selections beginning at 6pm.
Scotch & Sausage First Ladies Day: Ladies can enjoy half price food and drinks all day and night at the Oak Lawn spot every Tuesday beginning today.
Wednesday, Nov. 12:
Caddy Run from the Cadillac Pizza Pub: Every Wednesday through Nov. 19, go for a 2-3 mile run through historic downtown McKinney that ends with beer specials and pizza.
Rahr & Sons Brewery Tour and Tasting: Head to the Fort Worth brewery for a tour and beer tasting. You’ll received a pint glass and three beer samples for the price of admission.
Wine Down Wednesday: Visit the Mokara Spa at the Omni Fort Worth for a cocktail and a 50-minute spa treatment of your choice.
Thursday, Nov. 13:
Pinot Noir Tasting: The Wine Poste is hosting a night focused on five varieties of Pinot Noir wines.
The Woolworth 1 Year Anniversary Celebration: Celebrate one of “Dallas’ 10 Best Cocktail Bars” with complimentary hors d’oeuvres, live music, and the unveiling of the plans for a 2nd story patio.
Friday, Nov. 14:
Holiday Tea at Taschen: The Joule is offering an additional champagne afternoon tea service in Taschen Library on Fridays and Saturdays throughout November and December.
Witherspoon Distillery Tours: Take a guided tour through the bourbon and rum distillery in Lewisville followed by a full tasting of their products.
Saturday, Nov. 15:
Chefs at the Market Cooking Class: This week’s class will be held by Chefs Braden at Yasmin Wages of Malai Kitchen. The theme is Into the Thai/Vietnamese Kitchen.
Dallas Whiskey & Fine Spirits Festival: Step back in time and take part in this traveling speakeasy show presented by Breitling Energy. This 3rd annual festival, held at Centennial Hall at Fair Park, will have live music and libations that will have you dancing the night away.
Deep Ellum Brewing Co. Tasting Tour: Every Saturday the Deep Ellum brewery hosts live music, food trucks and tours. Admissions includes 1 pint DEBC pint glass and three beer samples.
Gluten and Allergen Free Expo: Saturday and Sunday from 9am-3pm, partake in the premiere gluten and allergen free event in the US with vendors sampling and selling products at Dallas Market Center. There will be a dedicated peanut/nut-free section and free lifestyle classes.
Sunday, Nov. 16:
Meat Fight: Held in the old, green warehouse in Trinity Groves, this year’s fight will see four teams of chefs compete for the most important trophies in Texas BBQ history. 100% of ticket proceeds will be donated to the National MS Society.
Prime Pair Sundays at Del Frisco’s: Every Sunday, at both DFW locations, enjoy your choice of salad, side and an 8oz. filet paired with the steakhouse’s signature crab cake, BBQ spiced shrimp or lemon garlic scallops.

Clark Food & Wine Co.: A couple of weeks ago the newest addition to the Lower Greenville restaurant scene opened its doors in the space formerly occupied by Billiard Bar. Expect shared plates, smoked meats, flatbreads, four rotating wines on tap and much more.
DFW International Airport: Two days ago DFW International was ranked the #1 airport in the US for food and drink by Thrillist.
Fresh Market: The North-Carolina based gourmet grocery store will open its doors in East Dallas on December 3. Expect a quaint, well-organized atmosphere, chef-prepared foods case, high-end cheeses and meats, and a hint of something sugary alongside many of your favorite brands. This is the first of four DFW locations. Southlake Park Village, Turtle Creek Village, and WestBend shopping center in Fort Worth also have stores coming soon.
Magnolia Cheese Co.: The Fort Worth cheese shop has closed its doors with plans to reopen as a neighborhood market in early 2015 under a new name, “Magnolia Market & Cheese Company.”
Neighborhood Services: The Lovers Lane-favorite now has a branch in Addison and Village on the Parkway.
Pat’s & Mike’s: Yesterday the original owner of Snuffer’s, Pat Snuffer, opened a new restaurant at Preston and Frankford. In addition to tasty burgers, you can also expect to find stone oven baked pizzas, roast brisket, stuffed baked potatoes and more.
