Referrals are a key part of the real estate business and placing referrals is an excellent way to earn extra income and offer a valuable service to friends, family, neighbors and business associates. The Ebby Referral Associates Group makes it possible for real estate licensees who are not actively working in the real estate profession to have an organization in which to hold their license and send referrals.
Associates of the Ebby Referral Group do not engage in the real estate transaction, they only send buyer or seller referrals to Ebby Halliday or through the firm’s affiliation with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, the nationwide broker-to-broker relocation network. The referral fee is 25% off the top of the total commission on the referred side. Here s an example:
$200,000 sale price x 3.00% = $6,000
Referral fee is 25% of $6,000 = $1,500
Referral Associate split is 80% of the 25% referral fee, or $1,200
Ebby Alumni Group, Inc. split is 20% of the referral fee, or $300
The Ebby Referral Associates Group is open to anyone holding a real estate license – not just past Ebby agents.

Last night was the first Top Producer Panel Discussion for Ebby’s Young Professionals Group at Aloft Hotel in Plano. Paulette Greene and Martha Morguloff served as the featured panelists. They shared stories of how they started out in real estate, how they’ve maintained and grown their businesses and gave specific advice to newer agents in the business.

Yesterday, Ebby Associates filled the Great Hall at Park Cities Baptist Church for another visit from Mark Leader, Founder & Creator of Leader’s Choice, one of the most successful real estate training programs in the country. Leader’s Choice has more than 18,000 graduates who average a 250% increase in production after the training. This was Mark’s second visit with Ebby Associates, the first was last September when 218 Associates signed up for his nine-week course. The results were impressive:
