Ebby was the featured speaker at a luncheon today hosted by The Tradition – Prestonwood Independent Living Retirement Community at Prestonwood Country Club. Currently under construction, the community will be located on the southeast corner of Prestonwood Boulevard and Arapaho Road in the highly desirable Prestonwood neighborhood of North Dallas. Amenities of The Tradition will include on-site health care services, numerous health and fitness resources, underground garage parking and more. Ebby talked about her business career as well as her new biography, Ebby Halliday: The First Lady of Real Estate and signed copies of the book after the luncheon. Pictured with Ebby are Jonathan Perlman, Founder & CEO of The Tradition, Laura Michelle, Associate at the Dave Perry-Miller Preston Center office and Author Mike Poss.
This afternoon, the official ribbon cutting ceremony was held for the newest Ebby Halliday Realtors satellite office in Whitesboro. The ceremony was attended by civic and business leaders, members of the community, Associates from various Ebby Offices as well as corporate executives including Ebby and Company President Mary Frances Burleson.
We are excited about our new Ebby office, which will provide a space for our Associates that specialize in farm, ranch, country properties and land packages, to serve clients in the many surrounding communities, said Burleson. Our decision to open this new office is predicated on research and future projections that point to expansion and growth in the area.
In addition, we are extremely proud to be in the hub of cities such as Gainsville, Whitesboro, Pilot Point, and Calisburg, which are prime areas for horse ranch sales, added office manager, Marilyn Williams. One might say that we are serving the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and North Texas all the way to the Red River!
For more information on the Whitesboro office, contact Ms. Williams at 903-564-9686 or 903-870-4752.
This afternoon, Ralph Randall, Sales Associate at the Dave Perry-Miller & Associates Highland Park Office, closed one of the most important properties built within the past 25 years. Situated on more than eight acres in the fairway of one of Dallas’ most prominent neighborhoods, this exquisite estate was constructed circa 1993 under the skillful team of Cole Smith, Architect: Smith/Ekblad & Associates, Sherry Hayslip-Smith, Hayslip Design Associates and Cole Smith, Jr., Crowbar Contractors. Among the numerous amenities of the home are a racquetball court, exercise room and locker rooms adjacent to a near Olympic-sized natatorium, bowling alley, wine cellar with tasting room, a conservatory overlooking interlocking Koi ponds, tennis court, baseball diamond and a private lake. Ralph retains the record for participating in the sale of the most expensive home in Highland Park and has now sold the most expensive home in Old Preston Hollow to date.
Ebby Halliday Real Estate congratulates Ralph on another milestone in his illustrious 28 year career in residential real estate.
