After Curbio

We’re excited to announce that Ebby Halliday Companies has entered a marketing partnership with Curbio, the fast-growing real estate technology company that specializes exclusively in pre-sale home renovations.

Curbio uses an array of proprietary technology and other tools to deliver on-demand pre-sale home renovation to Realtors and their sellers. Innovations such as same-day estimates, real-time video updates and virtual walk-throughs enable the company to complete projects faster than traditional home improvement companies, resulting in quicker sales and greater proceeds for sellers. Curbio defers payment for renovations until the home is sold, with no deposit or finance charges. Partnerships with major real estate brokerages like Ebby Halliday Companies support Curbio’s strategic decision to work only with homeowners who are represented by a licensed agent. Realtor referrals account for 100 percent of Curbio’s business.

“Ebby Halliday Companies takes pride in continuing to innovate, adding new tools and services that meet agent and market needs and ultimately provide a preeminent experience for our clients,” said Randall Graham, vice president and director of marketing, Ebby Halliday Companies. “Adding Curbio to our arsenal of sales tools is exactly the type of service that sets our agents and company apart. While it’s been warm (well, actually quite hot) in North Texas, summer “officially” begins tomorrow. With sales prices up and not a large number of homes for sale, this summer offers homeowners ideal conditions to sell a home in Dallas-Fort Worth. Competition among buyers is heated and multiple offers are common.

Just how hot is the North Texas housing market? Consider this:

* The average days a home is on the market is only 47 days.

*  The median sales price is up 3.4%.

*  The number of homes sold is up 2.7%.

If you’re considering listing your home, this summer offers a great opportunity. To get started, discover just the right agent for your residential real estate needs at the award-winning, mobile-friendly ebby.com.
