Global Reach With a Human Touch

Global Reach With a Human Touch

Being part of the global economy goes far beyond technology; it requires the human touch. Ebby Halliday Realtors and our sales associates are proud to belong to the global network whose name says it all — Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. Only the best of the best are part of this collection. Wherever you go, the LeadingRE logo is a symbol of the finest local real estate professionals.

“When you choose Ebby Halliday to represent your property, you’ll benefit from a global — not just local — real estate company working on your behalf,” says Randall Graham, vice president and director of marketing for Ebby Halliday Realtors. “In addition to the very strong local marketing for which Ebby Halliday has long been known in North Texas, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World provides global marketing and resources, allowing us to provide the very best service to you.”

The result? The Leading Real Estate Companies of the World network produced more home sales volume last year than any national franchise, over $377 billion, representing over 1.1 million transactions, according to Graham.

By tapping into the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World network of 130,000 talented sales associates around the world, Ebby Halliday Associates expose homes they represent to buyers on six continents, ensuring there are more eyes on every property. In addition, Ebby Halliday receives inbound clients from other affiliates around the globe who are interested in purchasing a home in North Texas.

“At Ebby Halliday, we understand the importance of global reach — and the human touch,” Graham says. “If you’re considering listing your North Texas home for sale, you’ll find just the right agent — with just the right connections — at the award-winning ebby.com.”

Hollywood/Santa Monica, with approximately 750 homes, was mostly built in the 1930s. It stands between the Santa Fe Trail to the west and north, East Grand Avenue to the east and Valencia Street to the south. The neighborhood is a conservation district and has one of the largest collections of stone-embellished Tudor homes in the nation. Hollywood/Santa Monica’s location makes it close to many things, including downtown Dallas, yet it offers an unusually peaceful setting of rolling hills and tree-lined streets – a sort of city within the city.

Ebby House Impacting Young Lives

Ebby House Impacting Young Lives

True to its namesake, The Ebby House at Juliette Fowler Communities, is focused on education.

On May 21, 2014, Ebby Halliday Acers, the founder of Ebby Halliday Realtors and our favorite philanthropist, cut a bright yellow ribbon for the dedication ceremony of the newest addition of the Juliette Fowler Communities in Lakewood — a home for young women who have aged out of foster care.
