During the contest period, consumers vote for their favorite homes among 64 finalists in eight different categories.

 

The listing was selected by editors of HGTV.com as a finalist in the Outdoor Retreats category, based on its extraordinary features and inspirational design, captured by striking photography. Additional categories include Curb Appeal, Great Estates, International Homes, Kitchen & Dining, Living Large in Small Spaces, Waterfront Homes and Modern Masterpieces.

The city is also the epicenter of over 20 local vineyards and wineries, offering the opportunity to taste and tour until your heart is content.
