The fall/winter 2016 issue of Dallas-Fort Worth’s premier luxury home magazine, Grand Vie: Luxury in Living, is out and is now being direct-mailed to more than 60,000 luxury homes across Dallas-Fort Worth.

Grand Vie is the luxury home publication of Ebby Halliday Realtors and the newest member of the Ebby Halliday Companies, Fort Worth-based Williams Trew Real Estate. It’s the only magazine that covers the full breadth of the luxury home market in North Texas and includes two beautiful versions: East and West, depending upon which side of the Trinity River you reside.

In addition to featuring some of Dallas-Fort Worth’s premier luxury properties, the 21th edition of Grand Vie offers a wealth of interesting editorial content, including “Spectacular Sparkle,” a conversation with designer and creative director Jay Strongwater; “Nature’s Inspiration,” offering advice on how to bring fall looks into your home from partner and designer of IBB Design Fine Furnishings Shay Geyer; holiday menu inspiration from Parigi’s Janice Provost; and advice on how to make your holiday guests feel at home in your home from design and lifestyle expert Kathy Fielder. Also included are “Houses of Art,” highlighting some of the area’s top cultural events of the season; LuxeTrends, showcasing a collection of the latest luxury lifestyle must-haves; and real estate insider Candy Evans’ take on the ideal vacation home environment, Lake Tahoe.

We believe you’re going to love the fall/winter 2016 edition of Grand Vie as much as we loved putting it together for you! See it all now at grandviemagazine.com.

Irving Music Factory Under Construction

Irving Music Factory Under Construction

The Irving Music Factory, now under construction near U.S. Highway 114 and Las Colinas Boulevard, will offer live music and a whole lot more.

The anchor to the development is a $40 million state-of-the-art music venue that can be switched from a 4,000-seat indoor theater to an outdoor amphitheater with double that capacity. The Pavilion at The Music Factory will be walking distance from the Irving Convention Center.

The 18-acre pedestrian-friendly Irving Music Factory will also be home to an Alamo Drafthouse, a 100,000-square-foot office park and more than 20 restaurants. The first two restaurants to be announced are Gloria’s, the popular local Latin eatery, and a new-to-the-area sushi restaurant called Kabuki. More restaurants will be announced in the coming weeks.

“The Music Factory will give area residents and tourists alike a brand-new, world-class entertainment center,” says Kristi Davis, sales manager of Ebby’s Irving/Las Colinas/Coppell Office. “We’re super-excited about the positive impact this exciting new development will have on a part of the metroplex we already love.”

The Irving Music Factory is expected to open in April 2016.
