Business Journal Ranks Ebby No. 1


 

Ebby Halliday Real Estate Inc. has again topped the Dallas Business Journal’s annual list of the Largest North Texas Residential Real Estate Brokerages.

 

The journal’s most-recent list ranked North Texas real estate firms based on closed transactions in 2013. The Ebby Halliday Companies, which includes Ebby Halliday Realtors and Dave Perry-Miller & Associates, closed 19,523 transactions, an almost 20 percent increase over 2012, and approximately 42 percent more transactions than our nearest competitor.

 

The Ebby Halliday Companies’ approximately $6.4 billion in sales volume in 2013 was 25 percent higher than 2012, which also places the Dallas-based firm No. 1 in sales volume in North Texas.

Two Ebby Groups Named Among Tops in U.S.

The O’Gorman Group and the Paulette Greene Group of Ebby Halliday Realtors were recently named to the 2014 REAL Trends Top Thousand. Compiled by The Wall Street Journal and REAL Trends Inc., the “Thousand” is comprised of four annual nationwide Top 250 rankings: Top Individuals by Transaction Sides, Top Individuals by Sales Volume, Top Teams by Transaction Sides, and Top Teams by Sales Volume.

 

The O’Gorman Group, led by Preston Keller Associate Cindy O’Gorman, ranked No. 48 on the Teams by Sales Volume List. The O’Gorman Group also ranked 227 on the Top Teams by Sides list, which are based on 2013 sales. The Paulette Greene Group, led by Frisco Associate Paulette Greene, ranked No. 144 on the Teams by Sales Volume list.

 

The Cindy O’Gorman Group sold $146,319,408 in residential real estate in 2013. The group was involved in 257 transaction sides. The Paulette Greene Group sold $97,163,827 in residential real estate during the same period.
