SMU Tate Lecture Series Presents Sarah Kay

SMU Tate Lecture Series Presents Sarah Kay

The 34th season of the SMU Tate Lecture Series continues January 26 featuring Sarah Kay.

A spoken-word poet who began performing in New York City at age 14, Kay is the founder and co-director of Project VOICE, which uses the spoken word to entertain, educate and inspire young students. She is the author of two books of poems, B and No Matter the Wreckage.

Ebby Halliday Realtors is proud to be in the third year of a four-year sponsorship of the Tate Lecture Series, which brings a broad range of intellectual and entertaining voices to SMU and the D-FW community. A portion of the proceeds from each lecture supports the next generation of leaders by providing full-tuition scholarships and study-abroad opportunities for exceptional SMU students.
