New Southlake Office Scheduled to Open in Late Spring



What a difference a few weeks makes! Construction on Ebby Halliday Realtors’ new Southlake Office is benefitting from North Texas’ much-improved weather and longer days.


This new photo from Ebby Southlake Manager Carolyn Rosson provides a great visual of our significant investment in Southlake and the surrounding area. Scheduled to open in late spring, Ebby’s new Southlake office will feature almost 13,000 square feet of space with the latest technology.

Just a little more than five months ago – on a hot August morning – members of the Ebby Halliday Companies gathered to make a bold statement about our commitment to serving Tarrant County for many years to come. That morning we broke ground on a new Southlake Office at 1575 E. Southlake Blvd., just across from beautiful Southlake Town Square.


Back in August, the “new office” was a dusty lot with huge potential; today we have a better picture of what will soon be one of North Texas’ premier residential real estate offices. Scheduled to open in late spring, Ebby’s new Southlake Office will feature almost 13,000 square feet of space with cutting-edge technology – all ready to serve the real estate needs of our valued Tarrant County clients.


Southlake Manager Carolyn Rosson, who has been at the helm of top-producing Ebby offices for more than 25 years and has led our Southlake Office since 2008, says the new office will offer area residents, those who may be considering calling Southlake their new home, and top-producing real estate agents an opportunity to be a part of something truly special.


It’s an understatement to say that Carolyn and her agents – and all of us at the Ebby Halliday Companies – are excited about our new Southlake Office’s progress. Average days on market were down 22.5% to 66 days;


The median sales price was up 3.7%;


The percent of original list price received was up 1.4% to 95.4% of asking price;


Finally, closed sales were up 21.7%.
